Description -
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Sales Executives / Store Staff to join our furniture showroom in Patna City. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver an excellent in-store customer experience.
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products
Explain product features, materials, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Maintain showroom displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Handle billing, order processing, and coordination with the delivery team
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
Maintain accurate sales records and update inventory details
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in furniture sales, retail sales, or showroom operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of furniture products and materials
Customer-oriented mindset with persuasive selling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, inventory systems preferred)
